Key Responsibilities:Define and prioritize product roadmaps in collaboration with product management.Gather, synthesize, and prioritize requirements into user stories for the product backlog.Collaborate with engineering teams to break down requirements into sprint-sized stories that optimize speed-to-value.

Engage with stakeholders to understand work product and ensure alignment with business objectives.Lead agile ceremonies, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and establish best practices.Manage and refine the product backlog, assemble sprints, and conduct release planning.

Articulate business and customer value to the development team, guiding prioritization decisions.Key Qualifications:Education/Certifications:BA/BS in Computer Information Systems/Business Administration or equivalent experience.Certified Product Owner with SAFe or related certification program.

Experience:5+ years as a product owner, with a focus on technical products and 3+ years of engineering experience.Experience working within an Agile environment, Scrum, and/or Kanban.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
